Muhammad Ghayib was born on March 16, 1954 and graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Kulob State Pedagogical University in 1977. After graduating from the institute in 1977, Mohammad Ghaib started working as a reporter of the Television and Radio Committee in Kulob region, and from 1987 to 1990 he was a reporter of the weekly "Literature and Art" in this region. From 1990 to 1995, the chairman of the State Committee of Television and Radio of the former Kulob province, from 1995 to 1997, the head of the government headquarters of Khatlon region in the Kulob region, from 1997 to 2000, the chairman of the Committee of Television and Radio of Khatlon province. From 2000 to 2004, he was the Deputy Chairman of the Television and Radio Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, from 2004 to 2008, the director of the "Tojikfilm" Film Studio, from 2008 to 2012, the director of the First Television Channel of Tajikistan.
