Sultan Muhammad Razzak was born in 1959 in a cultural family of Pabna. He completed his Masters’ Degree from University of Dhaka and obtained higher education on research on virtual education development and effective communication from UNESCO ESKOLA, Spain, and UNESCO Thailand and various international institutions. In his professional life, he has worked in different UN projects on development behavior change communication and education. He has contributed to the development of Bangladesh through the successful use of educational dramas, folk music and videos. His notable works include Rubayat of Sultan, Philosophize, Illusory Philosophize, The Lady and Afternoon Flowers, Swapna Kolpodrum and a total of 14 plays. His works also include Translation of Edward Fitzgerald and Omar Khayyam's Rubai, Mirza Ghalib and Bahadur Shah Jafar’s philosophical poems, and 100 poems by 10 poets from the Romantic era. He has taught at various international universities as visiting professor. He has been recognized and awarded nationally and internationally many times for his creative work and active role of virtual education.
